These Terms govern your use of SignalDart, an AI market-intelligence platform operated from Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
SignalDart is an AI market-intelligence platform providing competitor research, SEO analysis, market-gap detection, revenue forecasting, monitoring and report generation. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material reductions to paid functionality.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your credentials and everything done under your account.
- Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
- Tell us promptly at support@signaldart.com about any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone’s IP or privacy rights
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement
- Reverse engineer, scrape or copy the platform
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas or access controls
- Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use the service to harass, defame or unlawfully surveil anyone
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
4. Important notes on AI output
Research is generated by AI from public web sources. It is decision-support, not investment, legal, financial or professional advice. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you act on. We give no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on it.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in the ideas, text and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your private research to train shared or public AI models.
6. Our IP
The platform, its software, design, and the SignalDart name and logo remain ours. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. Reports we generate for you are yours to use for your own business purposes.
7. Plans, billing and refunds
- Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically.
- Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Fees exclude VAT/sales tax unless stated.
- We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice; existing periods are unaffected.
- Refunds: if the service isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Plans include usage limits; exceeding them may require an upgrade.
8. Early access
During early access the service is provided free and “as is”. Features may change or break, and we may limit or end access at any time. Do not rely on it for business-critical decisions during this period.
9. Third-party services
The service depends on third parties (AI providers, search data, hosting, payments). We are not responsible for their availability or content, and outages affecting them may affect us.
10. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard plans. Enterprise agreements may include an SLA. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
11. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data or goodwill.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; export your data first. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods.
14. Governing law
SignalDart is operated from Maharashtra, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Maharashtra.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the revision here with a new date. Material changes will be emailed at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
